Do Not Reject Your Root

Image
Do Not Reject Your Root When we forget our roots, who are we? When we see our roots as evil and disadvantageous, we forget that we all came from the same root. You are evil if you call them evil. Don't go somewhere thinking you've entered a no-evil zone; even if it's paradise, you may be perceived as evil and they will fear you. You forget that your life is a cycle, and that the root that produced you will be the same root that will lay you to rest? The person you despise the most may be the one who musters the courage to bathe and dress you. You will not be able to choose any of your best dresses, but they will.  They will not give you your best shoe; the young ones you did not respect may be the ones who carry your body to the place where nature settles man after death. Remember what the Bible says "he who forget to cater for his own household or people is worse than an unbeliever". Do not take pride in yourself and believe that you are where you are because of...

THREE REASONS WHY YOU MUST FORGIVE

Image
THREE REASONS WHY YOU MUST FORGIVE As humans, we are not infallible; we can make mistakes to our fellows both knowingly and unknowingly, but we must forgive one another in order to maintain peace and brotherly love. Colossians 3:13 [13]Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. What you may have gone through as someone erred against you may have been a difficult time for you as a Christian or believer, it may have cost you long-term or short-term pains, but we are to forgive one another. The Bible explains why we must forgive and the power it possesses when we forgive one another. "How many times do I have to forgive?" someone might ask. Well Jesus said or made it clear that we should forgive all the time.  Matthew 18:21-22 [21]Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? [22]Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto th...

The Bible is God's instruction manual for your life. It tells us who God is and what He wants from us. Christian Marriage And Family

Image
Christian Marriage And Family Introduction It's hard to imagine a more important topic than Christian marriage and family life. It's the foundation of our society, and it shapes us in every way. We've been taught over the years that men and women are so different from one another. But this is not true! The Bible says that "Adam was formed first, then Eve" (Genesis 2:7). It also makes clear that God intended for man to rule over woman (Genesis 3:16). These truths apply in all relationships between men and women—including wives with husbands, parents with children, employers with employees—not just marriage relationships! We've been taught over the years that men and women are so different from one another. We've been taught over the years that men and women are so different from one another. We're raised to believe that men are strong and stoic, while women are emotional and sensitive. But when you look at the Bible, you'll find that this isn'...

The Cruel Shepherds

Image
The Cruel Shepherds   There are many shepherds that are very cruel, the word of God speaks much about shepherds who are very wicked and cruel. Cruel shepherds are shepherds who doesn't properly care for the flock or the church, and God is seriously against all cruel shepherds. Jeremiah 48:10 Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood. There are so many shepherds, pastors or leaders of the church that takes advantage of the Shepherds to do some many evil which is against God. The word of God compared an ostrich to cruel leaders or shepherds, which is how the book of Job best describes a bad leader, shepherd, parent or caretaker.     Job 39:13-17 [13]Gavest thou the goodly wings unto the peacocks? or wings and feathers unto the ostrich? [14]Which leaveth her eggs in the earth, and warmeth them in dust, [15]And forgetteth that the foot may crush them, or that the wild beast may break them. [16]She ...
